Phase 2 Reopening

Clayton County Senior Services is extending our Phase 1 plan until July 3rd due to changing circumstances and conditions during this pandemic. We are excited to announce our Phase 2 Plan will begin on July 6th. Our services will continue to be abbreviated out of concern for your safety during this pandemic. Phase 2 is designed to continue to serve our most vulnerable seniors, reintroduce Cafeteria Service (CARRY OUT ONLY). Please see the list below of our abbreviated services for Phase 2. Check our website at www.claytonseniors.com for future updates regarding Phase 3.

Phase 2 Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Clayton County Aging Program The Aging Program is continuing to provide, Dental Referrals, Municipality Referrals, Legal Referrals, General Referrals, Transportation, Food Pantry, In-Home Services, and Home Delivered Meals. If you are a senior 60 years and older please contact our Aging Office at (770) 603-4050.

Frank Bailey Senior Center Frank Bailey is providing assessments for participants enrolled in the Congregate program including meals, and supplies (deliveries/pick-up). If you are a member of Frank Bailey Senior Center and have a Covid-19 related need please call (678) 479-5505. Your needs will be documented and we will provide you with options and direct assistance if available.

Kinship Care Resource Center Kinship Resource center is providing Case Management and Covid-19 assessments on grandparents enrolled in the program. If you are enrolled in our Kinship Care Program and have a need please call (770) 473-5788 and someone will assess your situation with the goal being to assist you during this pandemic.
